New Mexico: House Bill 114 / House Bill 129
House Bill 114 would increase the number of regulations on the firearm industry in the state, making it difficult to operate a business. House Bill 129 would implement a mandatory seven-day waiting period after legally purchasing a firearm. This is an increase from the previous three-day waiting period.
