H.R.3115 – “Assault Weapons” Ban
Congress has introduced H.R.3115, a bill that seeks to regulate so-called “assault weapons” and limit the right to keep and bear arms. This bill also aims to “ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited.” This is yet another misguided attempt to restrict access to the very tools millions of responsible gun owners use to protect their families and loved ones.
The USCCA Action Fund strongly opposes H.R.3115 and any effort to undermine the rights of law-abiding Americans.
